Wow, is it really the end of summer? I have been quiet on the blog here in the last month because…well…we have been enjoying life and soaking up these last few weeks before the temperatures start to drop. we have been to the beach, road tripped to Ohio, lots of pool time, barbecues, friends houses, family from Colombia in town, an amazing week in Santa Monica…just lots going on around here! However, when it’s all said and done I am very much looking forward to fall.  It’s time to slow down and take more walks. Pull the sweaters out of the closet. Pumpkin beer is calling my name. I truly cannot wait for my favorite time of year! Considering last year I kind of missed out on the fall season in the midst of family chaos, I am ready to enjoy it to the fullest this year with my husband and our sweet girl. So, I say goodbye to summer with this picture which was taken the first week of summer. Time really does fly!

I title this “Chunks of Happiness”. Because really, is there anything better?
