hello everyone! just checking in from my amazing room where i just finished eating eggs, toast and bacon in bed :)

so far my stay here has been completely enlightening. yesterday was all about crunching numbers, taxes, expenses, COGS, branding, targeting, and basically learning what it takes to properly run a business. today, is all about marketing! the things i have learned have completely opened my eyes. i have learned that parts of my business could use a little face lift,and the components that are working great for me were reinforeced. it’s always great to get outside perspective, and being able to meet new friends and peers from around the country, all going through the same experiences i am going through, has been invaluable.

so anyways, just wanted to share that with you. now it’s time to throw my chuck taylors back on, and head to day 2. i have great feelings about today!

my cameras are currently getting their yearly physicals, so i don’t have anything of my own to show you. however, todd and jamie were our instructurs yesterday, and were gracious enough to  stay up with us eager minds until after 11pm last night, everyone just plopped in a big circle on the hotel floor while they just answered questions and shared how they got to were they are today.
