For us, it’s the experiences, the travel, the connections, and the iconic fashion of weddings that we love. This blog is our inside edit of all those things and more.

andrea + jerome :: fort lauderdale engagement session :: destination wedding photographer

i’m one of those people who think you tend to attract what you put out. somehow, those quirky things that make up who you are, tend to attract other people who also have those same quirky things. i continue to be amazed (and excited) about the fact that these couples who happen to be total foodies (and in all different ways), somehow find me in the midst of all the photographers out there, and somehow the stars align and we are a match made in wedding heaven. for example, i have shot the top chef all stars, former Food Network guest and cookbook author, a well known food blogger, and avid travelers and lovers of fine food. well this past month, i got to shoot one of my favorites. not only is she my sweet cousin, but both her and her fiance are over the top passionate about food. as in whole, real, locally grown fresh food. this passion is more than just about the food itself, it makes up who they are and what they believe in. they are the best fun loving hippies that ever existed. i mean, they are getting married in a eucalyptus garden where the entire meal will be made and seasoned with the herbs from the garden itself. much of the decor will be from local artists in the community. to say i am excited is an understatement.

andrea + jerome met in florida, fell in love and decided they never wanted to be without each other ever again. they just moved into their first apartment which has orchid boxes hanging from the trees, and a yoga garden in progress. the smell of loose leaf citrus herbal tea floats thru their house, and seeing the love they have for each other….well, I know there is nothing but good things in their future. as my cousin would say….”i felt the vibes” :)
