For us, it’s the experiences, the travel, the connections, and the iconic fashion of weddings that we love. This blog is our inside edit of all those things and more.

molly + todd :: root beer float kisses.

wow. where do i even begin. with the neon green and purple glasses the bridal party wore? with the root beer floats that were had? the absolutely breathtaking view from the ceremony?

i suppose i will begin with molly + todd. you two are the best. this wedding was 100% about the two of them. completely laid back and ready to have some fun! my favorite kind of couple :-)

i have to say, that this was the first time i had ever driven to a ceremony with ALL the groomsmen in the back of my car. and their neon green sunglasses. yes, that was an experience…

molly + todd were married at the new Molon Lave Vineyards in Warrenton, VA. it was a beautiful venue complete with fields, barns, horses, and endless rows of vines. what makes this story even more interesting, is that molly + todd actually went to high school together at Paul VI Catholic High School. molly’s brother, brian, was friends with todd…and years later…it’s the whole awkward “dude I made out with your sister” conversation…haha…and i love it! molly + todd laughed from start to finish. todd poking fun at his bride, while molly just gives it right back. it is so much the two of them. and really….any couple that decides to have root beer floats in lieu of a wedding cake is destined for happiness :)

molly + todd. thank you both SO much for everything. you made me feel like a part of the family- and going back through the images i sit at my computer laughing out loud by myself because of the fun that was had. so thank you, thank you, thank you!!! i hope you enjoy your little preview :-)

i also want to say thank you to my second shooter that day, miss kim seidl.

the irony of this is almost too much. but as always, it’s just more fun with you there :-)

absolutely beautiful, isn’t she?

meet the groomsmen…

and some fun facts::

1- i went to homecoming with the groomsmen all the way to the left. it was a very romantic dinner at Hooters :-)

2- i dated the middle one (molly’s brother) when i was 15. and at 15 it was very serious, clearly.

3- i have known the one on the right probably since i was 6? maybe 7?molly + todd opted to do a First Look and i couldn’t have been happier! i LOVE first looks- gives us much more time and freedom to have a fun, relaxed day :)
